    Controller

    ITvenn, Stavanger, Norway, is the controller for personal data processed on itvenn.no. Contact: hei@itvenn.no.

    What we store and why

    Contact forms and requests: name, e-mail, company, organisation number, phone and what you write. Used to reply and follow up. Basis: contract or steps before a contract.

    Purchases: the same plus payment status. Card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches us. Basis: contract and bookkeeping duty (five years).

    Booked calls: name, e-mail, time and any notes, processed by Cal.com and Stripe. Basis: contract.

    The AI demo on the site sends your question to a language model to answer. Do not enter personal data there. The conversation is not stored by us.

    Who processes the data

    Vercel (hosting, EU region), Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (e-mail delivery), Cal.com (booking), Groq (AI demo). Each is a processor or an independent controller with its own agreement and receives only what it needs.

    Cookies

    The site uses only necessary cookies and local storage: language and theme, your consent choice, and your package selection in the request. No ad tracking. The Stripe and Cal.com pages set their own necessary cookies.

    We keep visit statistics without cookies: number of visits, which pages are viewed, and whether the order form is opened. Visitors are counted as a short-lived, salted checksum of IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. No third party receives the data.

    Retention

    Enquiries are deleted at the latest two years after last contact. Purchases and invoices are kept for five years under the Bookkeeping Act. Mailing lists are deleted when you unsubscribe.

    Your rights

    You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hei@itvenn.no. We reply within 30 days. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
